Mark G. Simons
Vice President & Principal
Mark is Vice-President of Timber Ridge and has been working
in the real estate development and management fields with
various clients and on his own since 1994. In addition,
Mark has practiced law for the last 11 years, with an emphasis
in commercial litigation and the representation of financial
institutions and real estate developers. As part of his
legal background, Mark has experience in numerous aspects
of real property acquisition, development and construction
and has has represented investors in purchasing real property
and in 1031 and 1033 exchanges. Focusing on the construction
side of Timber Ridge's projects, Mark enjoys working with
contractors and design professionals (usually) to explore
cost and time saving construction approaches.
Mark earned his law degree at the University of Utah in
Salt Lake in 1993 after having obtained his undergraduate
degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. In addition
to practicing law (as a hobby) Mark also has acquired and
remodeled numerous apartment buildings and multi-family
residences. |
