Brendan P. Egan
President & Chief Executive Officer

Brendan is the President and CEO of Timber Ridge Development. He has been a real estate professional since 1985. Beginning in Southern California, he worked in commercial real estate brokerage throughout the Orange County and Los Angeles areas. In 1988, Brendan moved to Reno and began a 12-year career with one of the nation’s largest and most respected developers, Dermody Properties.

At Dermody, Brendan was originally responsible for many development projects in the Reno/Sparks area including retail shopping centers (Airport Square – Costco), office buildings and industrial complexes. He successfully negotiated more than 300 lease transactions. The final two years of DP, he was put in charge of the development, marketing and leasing of the company’s projects in Indiana and Pennsylvania.

In 2000, Brendan joined as a partner with Sierra Crest Equities, LLC, based in the Sacramento area. His responsibilities were to bring in new business and investors. In the three years with Sierra Crest, he helped the partnership grow to almost 4 million square feet of office and industrial buildings. Transactions were completed in California, Tennessee, Indiana, West Virginia and Georgia.
